and handcraft
of silver-halide photography is something we cherish & nurture & carry into the future.
LARGE FORMAT photography depends on skilful photographers and first class equipment.
TOGETHER – we want to enable great photographic ARTWORK in large format.
Below you can see the 6 finalists of about 400 submissions.
In the next few weeks we plan to upload about 50% of the entries into the online-gallery.

Each candidate sent in either 1 photo or a small series of up to 3 photos shot with a large format camera (any format from 4x5” to 20x24”) on film or other light-sensitive material either by postal mail or directly online.
Open Genre: photos from every genre were submitted, for example architecture, landscape still life, portrait, people, contemporary, …
Deadline was May, 31 - 2018.
Either analog prints from size 8x10” to 20x24” sent by traditional postal mail were accepted or digitalized analog photos as an electronic file. (regulations)
Who knows - maybe there will be a repeat in the future...
